More about the donkey man

Before Simpson had his donkey he carried soldiers in a two man stretchers he did it with his friends. You had to be very strong to carry a two man stretcher with a injured soldier in it. But when he found the donkey on the beach his carrying troubles were over. Once he got the donkey it was much easier the donkey was great for going down steep hills  they saved alot of lives together. Sadly he died.
